Shipping:
Most orders are shipped in 48hrs from the date of your order. For out of stock merchandise we strive to email you the approx ship to date or status update within 48hrs. For customers who feel more time urgency, please make an effort to contact us after the order is placed to make sure the order is processed right away. Cancellation Policy:
Once order is placed any cancellation needs to be made by phone and there will be a 10% cancellation fee deducted from refund to cover the cost of banking and handling. Once the package is packing and shipping it can no longer be canceled till item is received and returned.
Error Claims:
All claims, including but not limited to shipping error or product defects need to be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Return Policy:
Product and package needs to be returned in its original condition at your cost within 30 days of receipt for refund. Shipping and handling, and tax are not refundable, and where the actual cost of shipping is higher than the s/h paid, the higher cost will be deducted from the refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns to cover the administration cost (No exceptions)
Defective and damaged items needs to be claimed within 10 days and returned for exchange of the same item within 15 days. Customer pay for the shipping cost to send it back and we will pay for the shipping cost of sending the exchange unit. Although we select carefully our suppliers to strive for the highest customer satisfaction as we can. There is no guarantee that everything will work as they are designed 100% of the time. Fans Club does not offer or imply any extension to the original manufacturer's warranty.
